The Scholastic Scribe is one of my favorite bloggers in blogland....I know I can always see something new on her site. She publishes every day, which impresses me to no end, and she teaches high school, so I recognize many of her stories...which makes me feel better about the shortcomings of my own school.

- I really dislike chick flicks quite intensely. I think "The Notebook" might be the worst movie in the History Of Time.
- My three favorite movies are Rear Window, The Italian Job, and Ocean's Eleven....which makes me think I have a deeply repressed desire to commit a crime and get away with it.
- I grew up without a tv. My parents still don't have one.
- My dad is a farmer, so I learned to drive when I was about ten....and I learned to drive on a giant dump truck.
- I have very red skin tone, so when I run, I usually look like I'm dying and people often ask if I'm going to be ok. So far, yes.
- I love taking pictures, but really don't want a larger camera, and I am really bad at taking pictures of people.
- I wish I liked cucumbers, nuts, yogurt, and coffee....but I don't.
- I love big dogs...like REALLY big dogs...but since I live in an apartment, I don't have one.
- Even though I love summer, I am really looking forward to this school year for some reason....which starts in ten days.
So there it is....not my darkest nor most shameful secrets, but the ones I am willing to share on this blog. =)

ha! I secretly wanted a tattoo for YEARS then for my 35th birthday I got a little one in the center of my back, so no one sees it unless I want to show it.
Which does not happen very often, so it's kinda a visible hidden secret.
Tattoos! I would not voluntarily go near a needle. I have to psych myself up for a flu shot every year!
Tattoo?! What?! Why did I never know that fact?
And I totally agree with The Notebook thing. I HATE that movie!
I do believe we have the same taste in movies. I HATED the Notebook...why in the world was it sad if they died the way they wanted? Just plain cheesy. All my favorites are thief movies (I include Pirates as well). I do like romantic comedies though if they're funny (Hugh Grant in particular), so our interests might diverge there.
