School started on Wednesday for the freshmen and yesterday for the rest of the kids.
All in all it has been a good week, and I think I have at least partially recovered my mojo. My classes are a little smaller than I was expecting and have been pretty quiet.
I was a little concerned when the zipper on my pants broke between 1st and 2nd period on the first day of school, because starting the school year by flashing 130 sophomores is Frowned Upon, but it all worked out. (Thank goodness for long shirts!)
I am glad for the long weekend, however, it will be a nice ease into the school year.
