If I Had a Million Dollars...

Not that this is an uncommon theme among teachers, to daydream about money, but it's been rolling around in the front of my head for some time now...... So without further ado, here's what I'd do with a million dollars, in this order:

1. pay off those stupid credit card bills
2. pay my parents back (I owe them a lot of money too)
3. pay off my car (and do a few fix-its while I'm at it)
4. buy a house (hey, it's the perfect time)
5. buy my sister a house
6. buy my parents a house
7. set up college funds for my nieces and nephews
8. pay for a vacation for my 4 closest friends somewhere warm and sunny
9. hand $20 bills out to strangers in a grocery store
10. give the rest to homeless shelters and foodbanks in Seattle
So there you go. Some selfish, some not so much, but there it is. I'd spend it all, despite the warnings of my dad, who is much wiser than I. A million dollars is found money, the rule is, you spend it.
