3/4 Washingtonian

My parents came up to see me today, and my dad and I went to get my license plate issues worked out, and when I left the place, I had new Washington plates!! I am now 3/4 of the way to becoming a full-fledged Washingtonian. The only thing left to do is transfer my bank account, and that isn't crucial. Whee!!
