I think it's something we all struggle with. I know I find writing the most difficult thing to teach. I try to look at individual achievement and balance that with standards/expectations. However, crap is crap, and no balancing will change it.<br /><br />My vice principal just 10 minutes ago said to me "gut feelings are there for a reason."
